| 摘 要： | 高等教育的发展状况,传统辅导员制度的现实困境,以及辅导员工作的特殊性是高校政治辅导员职业化的必然性基础。高校政治辅导员职业化的建设途径包括：增设相关专业;列入高校行政职务序列;整顿与培训相结合。

| Abstract: | Higher education development,the diverse problems of students,the current difficulty of traditional counselor system,and the special characteristics of counselor's position appeal to professionalize counselors in universities and colleges.The possible approaches to achieve such a goal include setting up relevant major,array counselors to the administrative rank of colleges and universities,readjusting the working system,and training counselors continually. |
