| 摘 要： | 工业化是人类发展史上不可逾越的阶段。娄底要真正实现由资源大市向经济强市的转变 ,加快工业化进程是其必然的选择。加快工业化进程 ,必须在更深的层次上把握工业化的科学内涵 ,不断加快科技和体制创新 ,为工业化的发展创造良好的外部条件。

| Abstract: | Industrialization is an impassable stage in the history of human development In order to transform a big resources city into a strong economic one, it is inevitable for Loudi city to speed up advancing her industrialization. In order to speed up her industrialization, Loudi city must deeply grasp the scientific connotation of industrialization, fully advance the industrial system and originality in science and technology, and create good external conditions for her industrial development. |
