| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以后,伴随着巨大的就业压力,灵活就业越来越受到我国政府的关注和重视.文章分析了我国灵活就业的现状和影响其发展的若干因素,提出了相应的对策和思路,以促进我国现阶段灵活就业的健康发展. |

| Abstract: | Since the 1990s of the 20th century,the Chinese government has attached great importance to the flexible employment because of the enormous pressure of employment.This paper analyzes the status quo of the flexible employment and some affecting factors in China and then puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and ideas in order to promote the sound development of the flexible employment. |
