| 摘 要： | 高校是科技成果转化的主体,通过对高校科技成果转化现状的分析,指出我国高校科技成果转化过程中的制约因素,提出了建立完善的成果评价和激励机制,充分激发科研人员的积极性,加快建设大学科技园,促进科技成果向现实生产力的快速转化,实现科技创新与社会发展的紧密结合等对策。

| Abstract: | Universities are the main body of scientific research transformation. By analyzing the current situation of scientific research transformation in universities, the authors point out the restriction of scientific research transformation, suggest building an evaluating and promoting mechanism to encourage the scientists and technicians, improve the rapid transformation of scientific research results to productivity and realize the close connection of scientific innovation and social development. |
