| 摘 要： | 高校应从对大学生一入校就开始进行全程化职业指导，帮助大学生进行自我认知，形成科学的职业价值观；帮助大学生进行环境评价扣职业探索，在此基础上拟定职业生涯实施方案；指导大学生选行职业准备，并进行就业指导与服务。实施途径应坚持围绕职业目标，推动学生的全面发展；思想教育和心理疏导相结合；理论和实践相结合；普遍指导和个性化辅导相结合；将创业教育融入职业指导之中。
