摘    要:"鸡口"文化来源于"宁为鸡口,不为牛后"这一成语,"鸡口"文化作为一种低劣的企业文化,制约着企业战略联盟的发展.必须超越"鸡口"文化,发展战略联盟,把企业真正做大做强,实现可持续发展.

Abstract:The "chicken's head" culture stems from the idiom "chicken's head and cow's rump".As an inferior culture of enterprises, it has restricted the development of the strategic alliance of enterprises. Therefore, we must overstep the "chicken's head" culture, and develop the strategic alliance in order to make the enterprise bigger and stronger, to achieve the sustainable development of the enterprises.
