| 摘 要： | 本文运用国民收入恒等式,对1990年至2004年间省外在青固定资产投资总额及其三个组成部分———中央、外省及外国和港澳台地区在青固定资产投资比例进行了测算。认为近年来,外省在青投资之所以猛增,是西部大开发的产物。

| Abstract: | Based on the identical equation of national income,this paper calculates annual investments in fixed assets from the outside in Qinghai province and its component parts.The conclusion is reached the main reason on its increase by high speed is investments from the other provinces increase rapidly since the great development in the Western China. |
