| 摘 要： | 将人类社会经济活动与福利纳入生态系统进行广角透视 ,可以发现 ,生态需求有五种形态分别对应不可持续和可持续两个发展阶段。在我国工业化和城市化加速发展和生态环境整体恶化的历史背景下 ,应加强生态需求管理 ,推进社会生态需求从低级向高级、从自发向自觉转变 ,树立和落实科学的发展观

| Abstract: | The author takes economic activities and welfare into account of the ecosystem and elicits 5 patterns and 2 development phases of the ecological demand. In the historical context of China's drive for industrialization and urbanization, simultaneously there comes the problem of ecological degradation. Accordingly, our national policy should focus on the regulation and management of ecological demand from low level to high level and from spontaneity to consciousness as a prerequisite for sustainable development. |
