流体传动方向层次化大学生综合能力和创新意识的培养

摘    要:针对流体传动方向学生的培养,在传统教学的基础上,分别在基础理论学习阶段、专业理论阶段和毕业设计综合阶段进行教学改革,以培养工程意识入手,采用功能单元等方法,建立了工科层次化大学生综合能力和创新意识培养模式,提高了学生的综合能力及创新意识。

Abstract:In light of the features of the undergraduate program of fluid transmission, a hierarchical approach is introduced to cultivate the comprehensive capability and innovation consciousness of college students. Teaching reform is carried out in the stages of basic theoretical instruction, specialized theory instruction, and graduation design, and functional unit method is employed to raise the students' engineering awareness, with sound results obtained.
