| 摘 要： | 1998年欧盟在第一份《就业指南》中强调加强性别平等政策，尤其是在共同就业政策的四项支柱框架中都明确地涉及性别主流政策，此后，性别平等政策在就业领域得到不断加强，并开始实施具有倾向的保护女性的就业政策。本文从欧盟女性就业问题的凸显、具体政策的实施及其特点等方面进行全面的分析，通过借鉴欧盟女性就业政策及立法保护，为解决我国女性就业问题提供借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | European Union emphasized to strengthen gender equality in the first "Employment Guideline" in 1998;especially in the four pillars of the common employment strategy,gender mainstreaming is all referred to.Henceforth,gender equality is continuously strengthened in employment area,and employment policy has been carried out which tends to protect woman. |
