| 摘 要： | 市场结构的有效性问题,即怎样的市场结构更有利于资源优化配置,一直是经济学家致力解决的问题。梳理一百多年来有关市场结构有效性的研究成果,可以将其归纳为"完全竞争理想派"、"市场垄断有理派"和"有效竞争追求派"三类研究流派及其理论观点。市场结构具有整体性、动态性、多维性、具体性等特性,只有整体、动态、多维、具体地考察市场结构,才能认识和掌握市场结构有效性的实质。
