| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育已进入国际公认的大众化发展阶段,大众教育与精英教育的关系问题成了目前高等教育发展的重要课题。省属高校精英教育是大众化背景下创新人才培养模式的一个新举措,分析其存在的问题与原因,探讨其发展策略,对于促进其可持续发展具有重要意义。
