连云港市建设“数字城市”的战略思考及分析

连云港市地处亚欧大陆桥东桥头堡,是资金流、人流、物流、商流、信息流的汇集区和重要的枢纽中心。阐述了建设“数字连云港”的必要性,认为建设“数字连云港”对加快连云港市的发展速度,使其成为区域发展的信息中心；进一步发挥桥头堡功能,增强其辐射带动功能具有重要意义。提出了“数字连云港”建设的总体目标,初步设计了“数字连云港”的总体架构和功能结构,讨论了“数字连云港”建设的内涵,包括数字陆桥、数字企业、电子商务、数字社区、数字教育等,并从营造环境、整合信息、探索有效的组织管理手段等方面提出了建设“数字连云港”的对策措施。

Strategic Thinking and Analysis on the Construction of a Digital City in Lianyungang

As the east bridgehead of the New Eurasian Continental Bridge,Lianyungang City is an impor- tant hub and converging place of capital,people,properties,business and information.This paper ex- pounds on the necessity of constructing a digital Lianyungang,holding that it is conducive to the rapid de- velopment of local economy,building it into a local information center,giving full play to the function as a bridgehead and its radiating function.Besides,it proposes the overall goal,construct,functional structure and connotations of a digital Lianyungang,including digital continental bridge,digital enterprises,digital e-commerce,digital community and digital education.And it suggests the measures to realize the proposal, including the construction of environment,integration of information,and exploration of effective organi- zational and managing means.
