| 摘 要： | WTO相关协议允许各国采用一定的农业国内支持措施，尤其是《农产品协定》的绿箱条款更指明了农业国内支持的方向。我国在入世协议中也对农业国内支持作了承诺。为此，要发展农业，应在遵守上述WTO规则的基础上逐步完善我国现行的农业国内支持制度。

| Abstract: | The relevant agreements of the WTO promise that the signatories may take appropriate measuresto support domestic agriculture. Moreover, the Green Box Articles of Agreement on Agriculture point out thedirection of this support. Our country also committed itself to this support while entering into the WTO. There-fore, if we want to develop agriculture we must perfect our country's domestic agriculture system step by stepwhile obeying these relevant agreements of the WTO. That means we must increase investment and graduallychange the non -- price support from price support. We must take the service support measures extensively anddeeply and rebuild relevant regulation system of our country. |
