| 摘 要： | “贫”与“穷”在“缺少财物，贫困”义上，存在着历时替换过程，其变化的动因是“贫”的语素化。演变的大致路径是：先秦由单音词“贫”袁示的“缺少财物，贫困”这一概念，中古以后逐渐被双音同义词“贫穷”所取代，宋元时期又被单音词“穷”所替换，是“贫”语素化的结果导致了“穷”对“贫”的替换。

| Abstract: | For the meaning of lacking of wealth＆proverty, PIN（贫） was replaced with QIONG（穷） diachronically. The motivation of replacement is the Morphemization of PIN. The concept of lacking of wealth＆proverty was denoted by PIN, and was replaced by disyllable word PIN QIONG in mediaeval times gradually, then ultimately replaced by QIONG in Yuan-ming period. It is the Morphemization of PIN which leads to the diachronic replacement of PIN by QIONG |
