| 摘 要： | 可持续发展是当今世界发展的主旋律 ,可持续发展战略的实现需要法律的支持。经济法的目的和使命决定了它与可持续发展战略有着天然的密切联系 ,经济法与可持续发展战略的结合是历史的必然。经济法应以可持续发展战略为指导进一步改善自己的内容和体系。

| Abstract: | Sustainable development is the main melody of the contemporary era's development, the realization of sustainable development strategy relies on the support of law. There is close relationship between economic law and sustainable development strategy due to aim and task; therefore, the integration of economic law and sustainable development strategy is inevitable. Economic law needs to further improvel its content and system under the guide of sustainable development strategy. |
