| 摘 要： | 本文从我国城市加快发展的背景出发,将企业CI理论应用于城市管理领域,从MI、BI、VI三方面探讨城市形象建设的基本思路,并提出城市CI建设应当确立“经营城市”、“文化管理”和“人本管理”的现代城市管理理念。
