跨国化是外资对中国企业技术积累悖论的最有效的解——兼论中国对外投资与跨国化的战略定位

FDI悖论的古典理论的假设是不完全的,FDI悖论不只有FDI这一变量决定的,还有东道国对外直接投资作为另一个变量ODI,特别是FDI和ODI之间的差决定的。同时FDI也不仅仅建立在古跨国化的典理论所有权优势基础上,而且还建立在技术获取的基础上的。基于跨国化新的假设,只有实施对外直接投资和企业跨国化,FDI的悖论程度才会降低,乃至消失;同时,其中的正、效应才会出现转化。因此,新的假设隐含了FDI悖论的,至少是理论上的解。

Internationalization Is the Most Effective Solution Toward FDI Paradox of Technological Accumulation of Chinese Firm

The essay believes that the hypothesis of FDI paradox based on the classic theories is uncompleted, and FDI paradox is not only determined by FDI itself, as one of variable, but also by another ODI variable. At the same time, formation of FDI is set not only upon the Owned-advantage of enterprises as classic theory, but also upon technology-seeking. Based on new hypothesis of internationalization of enterprises, only through the O-FDI can the extent of FDI paradox be reduced and even fade away. Meanwhile, the positive and negative effects will transform. Hence, the new hypothesis embodies the solution of FDI paradox, a theoretical solution at least.
