| 摘 要： | 国际法是在借鉴国内法的基础上形成和发展起来的 ,私法理念对国际法的影响非常大 ,但国际法因为其自身的特点 ,对私法理念也有所修正、限制。因此 ,我们在分析、研究国际法时 ,既要立足于私法理念去认识国际法 ,又要从国际法自身的特点去认识国际法的特殊性 ,以正确看待、分析、解决国际问题。

| Abstract: | International law forms and develops on the foundation of internal law.The concept of private law have very big influence on international law.But because of the characteristic of international law,it also revise and restrict the concept of private law.Therefore,when we analyse and study international law,on the one hand,we should stand in the concept of private law to know international law,on the other hand,we should know the particularity of international law from the characteristic of itself.We should treat,analyse correctly and solve international problem. |
