| 摘 要： | 非常规突发事件应急管理的核心在于应急决策，应急决策的重要前提是非常规突发事件在线信息的处理。在非常规突发事件在线信息的发生发展过程中，在线信息的处理决定着非常规突发事件的发生发展，而在线信息演化传播规律的研究，对于有效预防和控制非常规突发事件有重要作用。通过对现有文献的回顾，理清未来研究的方向，积极促进非常规突发事件应急管理工作的开展。

| Abstract: | The core of emergency management is emergency decision-making, and the premise of emergency decision-making is information processing. Online information processing has a decisive role in the process of the development of unconventional emergencies, and the research on the low of evolution and propagation about online information has an important role in the effective prevention and control of unconventional emergencies. Through the research review, it can sort out the direction of future research and play a positive role in promoting the work on unconventional emergency management. |
