| Abstract: | This paper explains the meaning of the digital management and digitized management of enterprise.The paper points out the important and realistic significance of the digital management in the management innovation of the enterprise,realization of rapid growth and the sharpening the competitive edge of the enterprise.At the same time,the paper also proposes some countermeasures to cope with a series of problems popping up in the process of developing digital management of these Chinese enterprises. |
