农业产业集群的形成与政府的发展干预 ———京郊平谷区大桃产业集群的个案分析

在我国许多地方已经出现了农业产业集群,政府在其形成和发展中起到了不容忽视的作用。文章通过对平谷区大桃产业集群的案例分析,探讨了地方政府在种植业的发展、品牌建设、科技创新等领域所起的作用。同时也为地方政府在如何给自己的角色重新定位,促使农业产业集群得到更好的发展方面提出了建议。

Development Intervention of Government and the Formation of Agricultural Industry Clusters --Evidence from Peach Clusters Development in Pinggu, Beijing

Local government has been playing an important role in promoting the formation of agricultural industry clusters.This article examines the role of government development intervention in agricultural clusters,taking peach growing industry as an example,in the process of growing,brand buildup and technology innovation,etc.Suggestions are also made on the re-positioning of local governments so as better to improve the development of agricultural industry clusters.
