| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了WTO的《政府采购协议》,并指出由于我国现在的《政府采购法》与WTO的新协议还是有一定的差距,所以我国加入该协议还有一段时日。而我国将融入国际贸易自由化趋势当中是历史的必然,因此我国应该从四个方面不断完善政府采购制度,以尽快的适应政府采购市场自由化、国际化和统一化的趋势。

| Abstract: | The text introduces the new Agreement on Government Procurement of WTO, and made a great contribution to the establishment of uniform international market of government procurement. As China's is different to the new Agreement on Government Procurement of WTO to some extent, there are some days for China to join it. But it is inevitable for China to join the free tendency of international trade, so we should improve the system of government procurement constantly through four aspects in order to adapt to the free, international and uniform tendency as soon as possible. |
