A New Scheme in the Long-Range Forecast of Flood Water-Level

The long-rang flood forecast is being probed into both indoors and outdoors. With a four-year observation and a three-year forecasting practice the writer obtained the time of flood emergence. The scheme proved stable in accordance with the reality with 1991 forecast as an example ,thc water-level was accurately forecasted.
