| 摘 要： | 随着国企改革和产业结构调整的不断深入以及人口老龄化的加快,我国在计划经济时代形成的企业化社会保障体制已不能适应市场经济不断发展的需要,亟须改进和完善。主要对策措施有:加快社会保障制度建设;完善社会保障筹资体系;加快社会保障管理和监督体系的完善。

| Abstract: | With the reform of the state-owned enterprises and the adjustment of industry structure,and also,with the acceleration of aging of the population,the social security system formed in the period of planned economy in china can't meet the need of the market economy.As a result,it of course needs improving and perfecting.Here are some main countermeasures as follow:accelerating the construction of social security system;improving the system of raising funds of social security;perfecting the system of managing and supervising social security. |
