| 摘 要： | 针对肇始于决策层面的区域经济与行业环保不协调的现实情况,提出基于工业生态学思想框架的环境管理全过程控制思想的重要性。界定了其概念及其与传统管理科学的关联,对环境管理全过程控制思想多维性进行了系统性阐述,并认为所谓的多维性实质是一种环保观念的集成。

| Abstract: | In view of the reality that the policy-making level between regional economy and environmental protection industries is lacking in co-ordination,the essay puts forward the importance of the entire process control of environmental management based on industrial ecology conceptual framework.The essay also defines its concept and relevance with traditional scientific management,and sets forth the multidimensional thinking of the entire process control of environmental management,systematically believing that the so-called multidimensional thinking is a conceptual integration of environmental protection in fact. |
