| 摘 要： | 从“中”到“中德”的一整套话语,因与上古时代协和万邦、亲睦九族的德治理想相适应,最终从一种政治智慧、政治抉择渐渐演为全社会的真理话语,但从根本上讲还是一种权力话语。它对统治者与被统治者双方都有所约束。

| Abstract: | As it corresponded with the ideal concept that all the tribes coexisted in harmony, a complete set of parole, including "Centralization" and "Centr alized Virtue" gradually evolved from political wisdom and political choice into the parole generally accepted by the society. In a nutshell, it is a kind of power parole, which bounded both the ruling class and ruled class. |
