功能语言学及物系统在英语口语教学中的应用

摘    要:根据韩礼德系统功能语言学及物系统理论,语言的概念意义可分为六大过程:物质过程、心理过程、关系过程、行为过程、话语过程和存在过程。不同的过程对应有不同的谓语动词。文中在介绍这六大过程的基础上,通过具体实例说明如何把及物系统理论应用于英语口语教学中,旨在帮助学生提高构建英语句子的能力,顺利完成口语交际活动。

Abstract:According to Halliday's transitive systemic theory of functional linguistics,the conceptual meaning of language can be divided into six processes: material process,mental process,relational process,behavioral process,verbal process and existential process. Different processes are corresponding to different predicate verbs. This paper,on the basis of the introduction of the six basic processes,explains through specific examples how to apply transitivity system theory to teach of spoken English,aims to help students to improve the ability of constructing English sentence and successfully complete oral communicative activities.
