| 摘 要： | ERP沙盘在教学的过程中改变了传统的教学模式,使学生从被动的接受者,变为主动实施者,是一种全新的教学模式。在教学的过程中不但可以提高大学生的实践动手能力,最主要的是培养了大学生的团队协作精神。通过阐述ERP沙盘模拟教学的特点,对大学生团队协作能力的培养进行了有益的探讨。

| Abstract: | ERP sand table has changed the traditional teaching mode in the teaching process,students changed from passive recipients to active implementer,and it is a brand- new teaching mode. In the teaching process it can not only improve the students＇ practical ability,first and foremost it cultivates students＇ teamwork spirit. This paper discusses how to cultivate college students＇ team cooperation ability by expounding the characteristics of ERP sand table simulation teaching. |
