| 摘 要： | 教育对于一个国家建设和发展的重要性是不言而喻的。新时期建设创新型的国家需要创新人才,创新人才的培养需要靠优质教育。本文以教学研究型大学为例,阐述了教学研究型大学的人才培养模式,并提出几点改革意见。

| Abstract: | The importance of education for a country＇s construction and development is self- evident. In the new period,the construction of an innovative nation needs innovative talents,and the cultivation of innovative talents relies on high quality education. Taking the teaching and research universities as an example,this paper expounds the personnel training modes of teaching and research universities,and puts forward some reform suggestions. |
