两岸高等职业教育教师培训现况比较研究

高等职业教育教师进修、培训是提升教师专业技术与专业素质的重要途径,是提高高等职业院校办学水平的重要环节。文章通过对两岸当前高等职业教育教师培训的保障机制、经费投入、培训资源、形式与内容、评价与回馈等方面进行比较,分析两岸开展高等职业教育教师培训的共性和差异。在此基础上,提出可借鉴台湾技职教育教师培训的有益做法。

A comparative Study of Teacher Training Status in Higher Vocational Education of Taiwan and Mainland

Teacher further education and training in higher vocational education is the important means to lift teachers＇ professional skills and professional quality,and is also the important link to improve the level of school running of higher vocational institutions. This paper,through comparing the security mechanism,expenditure investment,training resources,form and content,evaluation and feedback of higher vocational education in Taiwan and mainland,analyzes the similarities and differences in teacher training of higher vocational education between Taiwan and mainland. On this basis,it puts forward that mainland many learn from the beneficial practice of Taiwan vocational education teacher training.
