基于SERVQUAL模型的高校就业服务质量评价研究

基于SERVQUAL模型进行高校就业工作学生评价的实证研究,构建学生感知的高校就业服务质量学生评价量表,探讨学生感知就业服务质量影响因素,便于高校测量学生期望与感知就业服务质量之间的差距、查找就业服务问题与不足。高校可采取"以满足学生需求为中心的就业服务设计、树立全过程的就业服务质量意识、就业服务标准化与个性化有机结合、就业服务质量定期评价与持续改进、建设一支高素质的就业服务队伍"等措施,提高就业服务质量。

A Research of College Employment Service Quality Evaluation Based on SERVQUAL Model

This paper,conducts a empirical study for the student evaluation college employment based on SERVQUAL model,constructs the college employment service quality evaluation scale perceptible to students,explores the factors affecting the employment service quality of students＇ perception,which is convenient for institutions of higher learning to measure the gap between students＇ expectation and perceptible employment service quality,and to find the problems and shortcomings of employment service. Colleges and universities may adopt the measures such as ＂ employment service design to meet the needs of students as the focus,setting up the overall- process employment service quality consciousness,the organic combination between the employment service ＇s standardization and individualization,the regular assess and continuous improvement of employment service quality,building a high- quality employment service team＂,improve the quality of employment service.
