| Abstract: | This paper,from the perspective of improving the quality of graduate training,explores the problems existing in curricula setting,teaching management,and dissertation preparation and defense under the conditions of enlarged recruiting.The underlying causes for these problems are analyzed and relevant countermeasures are proposed,including optimization of curricula setting and the supervisor team,and implementation of curricula evaluation and the system of anonymous appraisal of dissertations. |
