浅析普通话话语中的道歉

以话语文化学为出发点，利用观察法、调查问卷法、访问法和从剧本或报纸中收集语料的研究方法探寻 了普通话道歉言语行为模式，揭示与此相关的话语规则及可能影响此行为的社会变量。其结论是：普通话道歉语 是高度程式化的，社会距离、社会地位等社会变量在某种程度上对道歉策略的使用有一定的影响。

The Langnage of Apologies in Mandarin Chinese

This study takes the ethnography of communication as the point of departure, making use of the data-collection methods like participant observation,questionnaires, interviews and elicitation from literary sources.It aims to uncover the rules of speaking concerning the speech act of apologizing and further demonstrate the social variables which may have influenced it.The conclusion is that apologies used by Chinese are highly formulaic,and that such social variables as,social status,social distance affect the apologizing behavior to some extent.This may help to increase the knowledge of cross-cultural communication,thus minimize negative transfer.
