| 摘 要： | 目前 ,我国反倾销工作的最重要环节是预防和减少反倾销指控 ,本文针对我国屡遭反倾销指控的状况 ,如部分产品出口贸易秩序比较混乱、产品价格低、出口结构失衡等 ,分析并指出应当采取建立完善的情报预警机制、加大对出口的宏观调控、规范外贸秩序、积极应诉、强化国际营销观念等措施 ,预防和减少反倾销指控

| Abstract: | This paper argues that the most important work for antidumping is to prevent and reduce antidumping accusation.The reasons that China has been accused are that the product's export order is mixed,that the product price is low,and that the export structure of product is unbalanced.We should take measures such as building early warning mechanism,regulating macroscopic export,norm the trader order,responsing the foreign accusation positively,enhancing international marketing idea to prevent and reduce antidumping accusation. |
