| 摘 要： | 商业健康保险是我国医疗保障体系的重要组成部分,对我国目前所施行的城镇职工基本医疗保险制度起到了重要的补充作用。目前,我国商业健康保险的发展面临着良好的机遇,但在发展过程当中还存在一些问题亟待解决。因此,这就急需我们采取一些行之有效的措施,以促进我国商业健康保险的进一步发展。
