| 摘 要： | 阐述了企业基因和企业DNA的内涵,尝试构建了企业DNA结构图,并将企业动态战略能力定义为持续为顾客及其他利益相关者创造价值的动态能力,对企业基因与动态战略能力之间的关系进行了描述;初步构建了基于企业基因和动态战略能力的企业持续竞争优势演化图;阐述了企业基因进化的流程;简单说明了企业学习型组织的创建和企业持续创新体系的基本架构。
