| 摘 要： | 面对复杂多变的国内外环境,十二五时期国家宏观政策调控存在较大的改进空间,调控的方向和方式将会发生一定的变化,具体政策措施也会出现一定的调整。国家层面宏观政策的变化,与武汉现实发展基础和发展目标相结合,形成了武汉十二五时期经济社会发展机遇与挑战并存的局面。
