| 摘 要： | 根据研究的主体不同,最近20年来的安全文化研究以1998年为界分为前后两个阶段:前一阶段,从安全文化理念被引入安全问题开始,到1998年安全文化专刊发行,其间以机构主导型的安全文化研究为特色;后一阶段,从1998年至今,逐渐转变为学者主导型的安全文化研究。安全文化研究关注了安全文化的定义、性质、内容、测量、模型,以及如何建立积极的安全文化等问题。关于这些问题的共识较少,安全文化在促进安全的实践中处于起步阶段。建立安全文化共同认可的理论前提,有效地标识和测量组织的安全文化,构建有说服力的安全文化模型,通过建立积极的安全文化在实践层面提高组织的安全绩效,是安全文化研究有待解决的主要问题。
