| 摘 要： | 在创业的不同阶段,返乡农民工承受着不同的风险。在创业机会的识别和项目选择阶段面临着误受风险、误拒风险和盲从风险;在创业资源的取得阶段,则主要面临着融资风险和用人风险;项目的实施阶段,主要风险是管理风险。对于他们来说,规避这些风险的主要方法包括:获得尽可能多的信息,提高自身的判断力;提升经营的灵活性;最大程度发挥人才的潜能以及严格控制发展的速度。只有这样,才可能获得较好的创业效果。
