| 摘 要： | 国有企业经济效率低下的原因之一是中间代理人对经营者的监督水平不够。如何提高中间代理人的监督水平是本文的主旨。可行的办法有 :改善政府对中间代理人的选择方法 ;调整中间代理人的结构 ,增加独立董事 ;建立董事市场 ,提高中间代理人素质 ;发挥监事会对董事会监督的监督作用

| Abstract: | Low supervision qualification of the mid agent is a factor that results in the low efficiency in state owned enterprises. The aim of this article is to find some countermeasures for its improvement. These feasible measures include: improve the way of selecting mid agents, adjust the structure of the mid agents, establish director market, improve the performance of the board of supervisor. |
