Teaching Students According to Their Aptitudes and Aspirations: Building First-class Undergraduate Education and Cultivating High-quality Talents with Both Morality and Ability

Adhering to undergraduate education-oriented is an important feature of world-class universities. Undergraduate education is not only related to the development of higher education and the construction of world-class universities, but also related to the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality. To build first-class undergraduate education in the new era, the key is to cultivate students according to their aptitudes and aspirations, while echoing the national needs and the era themes. Their integration could be realized through the reform of talents cultivation modes, cultivating a large number of high-quality talents with both morality and ability.
