| 摘 要： | 自1947年独立以来,印度的外资制度变化不定。无论是法律和政策体系,还是外资制度的演变过程,印度的外资制度都显得极为复杂和零乱。总体而言,印度外资制度的历史大致经历了初步限制、全面限制、初步开放以及全面开放四个阶段。未来趋势上,印度对外资的开放态势会在曲折中缓慢地进行下去。曲折缓行,将会是印度外资制度演变的主要趋势。

| Abstract: | India's FDI regime has been experiencing changes since independence,however,it does not have a systematic framework.The present Indian FDI framework and its history are both extremely complicated and disordered.Based on the historical facts,India's FDI regime experienced four stages,i.e.preliminary restriction,complete restriction,preliminary openness and complete openness.Judging from the history,India's FDI regime will go in a zigzag way in the future. |
