摘    要:现从高校薪酬激励机制的现状出发,分析高校薪酬激励机制的缺陷。并提出构建新型的高校教师薪酬激励机制的构想。针对影响薪酬激励机制的外部因素和内部因素进行说明,最后提出构建新型高校薪酬激励机制的对策建议。

Abstract:The article discusses the status quo of college pay incentive mechanism,analyses the current incentive mechanism flaws and proposes building a new type of university teachers pay incentive mechanism concept.In this paper,the impact of the pay incentive mechanism of external factors and internal factors are discussed.Some countermeasures as to building a new university pay incentive mechanism are proposed.
