基于ASEB栅格分析法的乔家大院体验式旅游的开发研究

立足于景区景点可持续发展理论、生命周期理论以及旅游开发的一系列理论,采用ASEB栅格分析法,从乔家大院的现状入手,对乔家大院深度开发的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁以及游客在休闲环境中获得的体验、感受和收益等进行了深入地分析研究,提出了乔家大院体验式旅游开发的对策,希望乔家大院利用民俗博物馆的有利条件,充分利用现有资源,开发出能让旅游者创造快乐体验的活动项目,既能给景区增加新的附加价值,又能给旅游者带来难忘的回忆。

Research on Development of Experiencing Tourism of Qiao's Courtyard Based on ASEB Grid Analysis

Based on the theory of sustainable development of scenic spots,life cycle theory and the theories of tourism development,using ASEB grid analysis,starting with the current situation of Qiao’s Courtyard,a tourist spot,the paper deeply analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges for deep development of Qiao’s Courtyard in experiencing tourism,as well as tourists’ feelings and benefits obtained in leisure environment,then puts forward the strategies of the development of experiencing tourism of Qiao Courtyard and hopes that the managers of Qiao’s Courtyard,using the favorable conditions of the folk museum and fully utilizing existing resources,develop the activities which can not only add additional value to the managers but also create happy experiences and bring unforgettable memories to tourists.
