摘    要:为了给调整高校毕业生就业政策赋以科学依据,以2009年6月全国47所高校随机调查数据组成的研究数据库为基础,运用拓展的明瑟方程和logistic模型,分析毕业生初次就业收入、毕业前确定工作的可能性、对就业部门的选择和是否进一步追求更高学历等问题。分析认为,个人特征要素、职业要素和家庭背景要素均对毕业生就业有显著的影响,不同教育质量及家庭背景对毕业生就业结果亦有不同影响。分析结果表明,应注重教育质量,关注城乡高等教育入学均衡。
