苏格拉底政治义务思想解读——以《克里同篇》为分析文本

为澄清西方政治义务理论源头上的若干问题,运用文献分析法,对《克里同篇》中关于公民服从的道德理据进行梳理,并对当代西方哲学家的各种解释进行比对。分析认为,尽管在说服的义务、服从的理由以及不服从的正当性等问题上,《克里同篇》的主张不一定能获得广泛认同,但是没有人会否认,苏格拉底的论述对政治义务理论的发展确实产生了深远的影响。
