摘    要:由于竞争全球化、企业结构重组、人员精简、不断变革等全球大环境的影响,如何吸引人才和留住人才成为企业生存和发展的重中之重。许多企业只考虑满足员工外在的和物质的需求,忽视了员工内在的和心理的期望导致人才严重流失。要从4个方面构建心理契约,以减少或防止人才流失。

Abstract:Because of the influence of the global competition,the re-combination of enterprises structure,the reduction of personnel and the continuous reforms,the question how to attract and retain brain has become the focus of the enterprises' survival and development.Many enterprises simply consider personnel's material and surface needs,neglecting their interior and psychological expectations,which leading to serious brain drain.This article analyzes the problem how to build psychological bond to prevent brain drain from four aspects.
