| 摘 要： | 作为一种幕府形态,晚清幕府是在近代中国面临千古未有变局的时候出现的。它经历过从确立到发展的变化过程,逐渐完善了其制度特征,并深刻影响着晚清政局以及近代中国社会的变迁。晚清幕府造就人才、振兴文教、推动中国早期现代化的发展,客观地促成清王朝的灭亡,对近代中国社会的转型起了非常积极的作用。但是,晚清幕府的特定性质,也给近代中国社会的发展带来了不少消极影响。

| Abstract: | Mufu the offices of commanding generals appeared in the late Qing dynasty when China was faced with a changing world.In its development mufu gradually improved its system,and deeply influenced the political scene of the dynasty as well as the changes of modern Chinese society.It trained talents,promoted education,pushed forward the early modernization of China,and helped the realization of the downfall of the Qing Dynasty and the transformation of modern Chinese society.However,it also had some harmful influence on modern Chinese society. |
