共同体精神与和谐社区

本文在对经典文献中共同体及其精神辨析的基础上,详细考察了中国传统社会家庭、家族、宗族以及在此基础上形成的礼俗文化和绅士在社会治理中所发挥的不可替代的作用,并由此而得出结论认为,中国传统社会具有较好的自治传统和共同体精神。由于社会发展总是具有一定的延续性,因此,在当今社区建设中,最为核心的使命乃是培育出适应现代社区发展的共同体精神,如此才有可能把社区建设成为和谐社区。

The Spirit of Community and the Harmonious Community

Based on the analysis of the Community and the spirit of Community in ancient Chinese classics,this essay studies the relationship between the nuclear family,the family and the clan in traditional Chinese society,on which the irreplaceable role of the etiquette and custom culture in the social governance was formed.The conclusion is that there was good self-governance tradition and the spirit of Community in traditional Chinese society.As the development of the society is a continuous process,the most important task in the community construction today is to cultivate a spirit of Community that is adapted to the modern society.Only in this way,is it possible to build a harmonious community.
